New: deposit of € 100,00
This deposit will be returned at check-out.
A penalty of € 75,00 will be retained when the following conditions occur:
- smell of smoking or use of drugs
- remaining ash or cigarette-ends
- burning holes in carpet/sofa or blankets
NB € 25,00 can be withhold for extra dry cleaning-costs of curtains and blankets, or when our properties get damaged or lost.
